Free Plan
Section titled “Free Plan”The Free plan is a great way to get started with YipYap. It includes 5 monitors with 5-minute check intervals, 5 notification channels, 1 escalation policy, and 7 days of data retention. No credit card required.
Pro Plan
Section titled “Pro Plan”The Pro plan at $8 per seat per month unlocks expanded limits: 500 monitors, 30-second check intervals, 180 days of data retention. Includes SMS (100/mo), voice calls (25/mo), 2 status pages, service catalog, SSO/OIDC, and OpenTelemetry export.
Enterprise Plan
Section titled “Enterprise Plan”The Enterprise plan at $50 per month for 50 seats is designed for larger teams. 10-second check intervals, 3 years of data retention, unlimited status pages, unlimited SMS and voice, dedicated support with SLA.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”- Billing is monthly, charged on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
- You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated charges.
- Invoices are available in Settings > Billing.
Self-Hosted (FOSS)
Section titled “Self-Hosted (FOSS)”The open-source FOSS edition is free to self-host. It includes core monitoring, alerting, and notification features. SaaS-only features (service catalog, status pages, SSO) are not included in the FOSS build.
